"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate"- C. Jung

Research shows that our conscious mind controls only 5-10% of our daily behavior. By working directly with the unconscious mind, Hypnotherapy can help create lasting changes by enabling your conscious and subconscious minds to work together.

Hypnotherapy can help you break free from harmful habits, negative beliefs, and hurtful emotions that keep you stuck and struggling. With hypnosis it can help align you your subconscious mind with your conscious goals and intentions to create change.

What is Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a heightened state of awareness and concentration combined with relaxation that guides your subconscious mind in the positive direction you would like to go. Most people drift in and out of light hypnotic state throughout the day. An example of a hypnotic state that many have experienced is known as highway hypnosis. Have you ever driven from one destination to another and not remember very much about what you experienced when driving or how you got to the destination? This is a hypnotic state.

What happens during a Hypnotherapy Session

Clients are gently guided back to the source of fears, sadness, shame and other emotions that have led to self-sabotaging behaviors. Accessing these emotions and the reasons for recurring negative patterns allows them to be released and makes room for new, healthier beliefs and decisions to be established.

You are always in control, aware of your surroundings, and fully participate in the process. Clients report feeling clearer about their past and more empowered in regard to their present and future.
