Hello, my name is Sabrina Gummersheimer. I am passionate about helping people along their journey in life to heal. I especially enjoy working with clients who are highly sensitive and are on a journey of enlightenment and growth.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in state of Missouri, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in state of Illinois, a Certified Hypnotherapist through National Guild of Hypnosis, and a PSYCH-K Facilitator.
I have years of experience providing counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. My experience has been working with those who experience anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, stress management, changes in life, trauma, and those searching for more meaning.
I utilize a wide variety of treatment approaches tailored to meet the needs of each client, some of which are cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, psychotherapy, accelerated resolution therapy (ART), PSYCH-K, and hypnotherapy.
